Age Requirement • Clients must be 18 years or older for lash extension services. • Teens are welcome for makeup services only. ⸻ Refund Policy | Deposits • No refunds will be issued for deposits or completed services. • Deposits can be transferred once! ( if you reschedule or cancel last minute you may not reuse that deposit to reschedule) you will have 30 days to reuse deposit, new deposit will be required if you wait over a month to transfer deposit to new appointment ⸻ Booking & Rescheduling • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment time. • Last-minute rescheduling (within 24 hours) will be 25% fee of the full service • Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. Please note: traffic is not considered a valid excuse. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 30% of the full service price and may result in a ban from future bookings. • After 10min late there will be a $10 charge at 15min your appointment may be cancelled ⸻ Fill-In Policy • Any fill-in scheduled after 3 weeks may incur an additional $20 charge if there is significant shedding or outgrowth. • If your natural lash condition requires extra time and I am fully booked, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. homebased.
